Streamline the Creation of Advanced Ship Notices and Labels

Scan and Pack dramatically simplifies order fulfillment by automating steps in the fulfillment process, including the creation of picklists, ASNs and labels. The solution provides an easy and efficient way to:

• View all orders that need fulfillment from your EDI account
• Receive and validate purchase orders
• Sort orders by age, ship by date or order value
• Print pick tickets sorted by bin location for optimized picking
• Scan items for each box or container
• Print UCC-128 labels as boxes are being packed
• Automatically generate ASNs

Once the shipment is packed, data is automatically sent to SPS Commerce where it is mapped to the retailers’ pre-approved ASN. The product gives users the opportunity to review ASNs and labels before they are finalized, eliminating the need for manual data entry.

A Complete Solution for Order Fulfillment

Scan and Pack is delivered as a complete packing station, including:

• The Scan and Pack application to be installed on a PC located in the fulfillment area
• Handheld barcode scanner
• Three thermal printer options based on volume of labels printed

The included hardware has been rigorously tested and approved by SPS Commerce for use with Scan and Pack.
